I'd say It's a good effort, but I'm going to give honest criticism. Try not to rely on the sound you're using now for ambiance. Use more synth, and mystical effects if you're going for ambiance, this sounds more like a repetitive tune than background effects.

In fact, I typed this randomly into TuxGuitar so there is practically NO effort in this, but it fitted very well into the project I planned to use this in and I think this sounds very good for not doing anything in the direction of work for it at all. Thanks for giving me the suggestions though!
